How does our week go?

It begins with the  Monday blues and a hectic schedule, work pressure and a tiresome day. Work-sleep-repeat. You put a lot of effort in every single step that you take. But do you make the effort to cleanse your face regularly?  Nope, we seldom have time for cleansing because when it comes to cleansing our skin lethargy hits us hard.

But in our everyday routine where our skin has to undergo dirt and pollution everywhere it’s essential to follow-up a  cleansing regularly. Cleansing can be done by following up a few simple steps:

  • Wash your face with water and a gentle face wash (cleanser):

The first thing to do is to wash your face with water thoroughly as that removes the superficial dust on your face. Then apply a gentle face wash that suits your skin.

  • Exfoliate your skin by using a scrubber:

All the sunscreens and serum that you apply on your skin cannot be washed away with just a face wash. Therefore you need to exfoliate your skin on a regular basis by using a scrubber that suits your skin type. These will unclog your pores and remove any leftover dirt.

  • Toning :

Toning not only shrinks your pores but also helps you to maintain skin’s pH level. It is extremely important for people with oily skin as they are more prone to pimples and acne break outs. Also using a toner after removing make-up does the extra cleansing part. Just take a few drops of the toner on a cotton ball and gently wipe your face with it.

  • Moisturize:

When you are done with the cleansing part apply a moisturizer according to your skin type. It’s extremely important to use a nourishing cream after cleansing as that will keep your skin hydrated and prevent drying (specially for dry skins).

Repeating these steps regularly will help you unclog your pores, clean your skin and keep it radiant, hydrated and glowing all day long.
